- Available to work full time from July 2025 onwards
- Obtained, or expected to achieve, a 3.2/4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 Degree from a recognised University (as appears on your official University Transcript or Degree Certificate)
- Fluent in English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese advantageous but not essential
- Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong
- Strong computing skills e.g. VBA, Python would be an advantage

To join us on this programme, you’ll need to be:
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Good at analysing complex data and finding the meaning behind the numbers.
- A natural communicator who ’ s flexible and adapts well to new situations.
- Familiar with financial statements or able to pick up the basics quickly.
- Passionate about innovation and enjoy figuring out how to do things differently.
- Studying for a STEM-related degree or one with strong ties to financial management.
We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We ’ ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like relationship management and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.
